Confucius say, man who is bored may be gay, and can take turns to bore or to be bored
Dear Readers! (I exclaim to no one, save my wife (seriously, she cannot take too much more of this I presume), and the crickets in the background)
I am back! I know how much you have missed me. I do not blame you. I miss myself sometimes, when I go a whole day without looking at a mirror, for example.
I am on the verge of going mad, you see, my dear readers, and I wish to make one last sane foray into the literary world, Let us begin with a happy limerick!
Sally was a little whore
Who one day was extremely sore
Her lover asked her what was wrong
And Sally replied, in her pink thong
"Anal, such a bore"
Now, I admit, not one of my best "forays", but just as the popularity of the Mona Lisa rose exponentially after the death of the artist, so too shall this limerick rise in stardom, Who knows?! It could make it into a school textbook or two.
I jest, my readers. I would never hope for such a lowly outcome for my work. I would of course like to see it preserved behind a bullet proof glass in the Louvre.
My mental disposition is one worth clarifying. It has now been a week since I quit my job.I have nothing to do the whole day, which was precisely what I wanted a week ago - to be able to do nothing all day. Alas, the brain has become too complicated my readers.
When I was a little boy (so cliche, that beginning), I used to love frolicking around my house. My world was extremely limited, and my brain did not have the alternatives it now possesses to ever be in a position to goad me into considering doing anything else with my time. This was how a great day looked when I was 10 years old
Activity 1: Slap your unsuspecting friend and laugh
Activity 2: Any form of activity involving running, jumping, screaming, hanging off window sills
Activity 3: Eating ice cream and watching cartoons
Activity 4: Slap your unsuspecting friend again and laugh
This is how my day looks now
Activity 1: Watch TV
Brain: "Why watch TV? There isn't anything interesting anyway"
Activity 2: Read a book
Brain: "I think reading takes up so much time, and you only have a couple of weeks before you start working again"
Activity 3: Play videogames
Brain: "Seriously?! At this age? I think you need to stop"
Activity 4: Watch porn
Brain: "Wow, would you look at those......"
Activity 5: Watch TV
And so on and on and on
I, my dear readers, am going to be driven insane, because my brain is looking out for me (most of the times). I have taken solace in literature, so that i can pen down my last sane thoughts before HE takes over.
Ssshhh!
I can hear something!
Whispers, in the distance. Gaining. The scumbag is onto me, my brain.
Should...not...let...him...take...over (my head hurts!)
He...wants....the....keyboa.....djdklajg
ffj;ja;g
Pardon the idiot for the above, I am now in control. Until next time
